In business for 14 years, and with over 30 years of construction background, Rick Martinez founded Pacific Construction Services, Inc in 2009.  Initially our market share was primarily residential remodels; but by 2012, we began performing commercial projects.  In 2016, we added local government projects to our growing portfolio. Since then, we construct and complete commercial projects for a diverse clientele. As we grow to expand our market share of government projects and commercial builds, we remain committed to holding ourselves to a high standard to best serve you.
